Practices for the 2007-08 season will be held on Tuesday evenings and Sunday afternoons
at Allen Park Community Center, 3609 Race Street, Jonesboro
Sunday afternoons between 12:30-5:00
Tuesdays from 5:30-9:30
 
14s at AAU Nationals opening ceremonies June 11 7:00 p.m.
Play begins 8:00 June 12.
17s at AAU Nationals play begins 8:00 Monday, June 16 at Orange County Convention Center
8:00, 10:00 & 1:00 MATCHES
Practice times will change from week-to-week based on number of players, court space, etc. Check back for updates! All practice times will be posted on this web site, but IF you forget (duh!) you can call 932-6722 for a recorded message.
Gym Rules:
Please note: NO FOOD OR DRINK in the gym. EVER.

This 3-court, air-conditioned complex allows more efficient practices. For all age groups (except 10s) our goal is to conduct two quality on-court practices per week for our teams during a non-competition/travel week. Saturday travel tournaments will pre-empt most Sunday practices to minimize the fatigue level on players and families. Practices are not optional; players are expected to make arrangements to minimize their absence from practice.
Our personal trainer will conduct physical training and conditioning sessions twice weekly with 12/14/16/18 squads. This on-site training program has resulted in reduced injuries and quicker conditioning gains, allowing teams to perform skills at a higher level.
On occasions, we may also utilize the Danny Wallis family gym at 2112 Pleasant Grove Road or Parker Park Community Center.
