Registration Steps

Returning Players: Before attending the Registration Meeting scheduled Sunday, November 18, you will need to register online with the Delta Region. Below are the steps to take to get this done.

1. Log into the Arkansas Juniors webpage and click on the tab that states, “I Played Last Year”.  If you remember your username and password, proceed from here by clicking on the tab that reads, “Renew my membership”. If you do not remember your password or login information and still have the same email address as last year, click on the appropriate tab and the information will be emailed immediately to you. If you do not have the same email address as last year, you will need to email Joanie at reg@deltavolleyball.net and she will forward the information on to you.   
2. After you have your login information continue on with the Renew your Membership transaction. The only change this year is that your parents will have to approve your application, insert their driver’s license number and include their email address into the application process. So make sure they are around when you log in.  
3. Be very careful to choose Arkansas Juniors when moving to the second page of your registration application process. This drop down tab is located at the top left corner. If you check this off in the beginning it sure makes it easier during the registration and check-in process on Sunday.
4. The Delta Region does not have online payment so when the system ask for payment, just mark “unpaid”. The $35.00 will be included in the $100.00 you will pay on Sunday for the tryout.
5. Make sure that when you get to the last page that you hit the “submit” key. You may laugh but several people forget to do this and their application does not go through. 
6. On the last page, you will see a link to copy your Medical Release Form. Print two of these forms and bring them with you to registration.
7. Immediately after you hit the submit key an email will be sent to you confirming the receipt of your application. Bring a copy of this email with you to Arkansas Juniors registration on Sunday.

DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE WEEKEND TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION! PLEASE TRY TO GET YOUR ONLINE APPLICATION COMPLETED BY FRIDAY NIGHT. This would free our staff up to help the new, nervous players and families on Sunday to sign up. Remember when it was your first time out?

Please paper clip the following forms together in the below order and bring them with you on Sunday:

1.)    $100.00 check made out to YMCA  JOVB

2.)    Email application confirmation

3.)    Grievance Procedure: form can be found on the Arkansas Juniors website

4.)    AR Junior Player-Parent Agreement & Emergency Release Form: Form can be found on the Arkansas Juniors website

5.)    Medical Release Form (make 2 copies)
